I have 2 HDDs set up in Raid and working great for months on the intel controller.. just picked up a 1TB drive that i want to put on the Promisetrack SATA connection in NOT raid... enabled it in bios... boot into win2k.. no install messages come up.. check in Device Manager.. nothing new.. scan for changes.. nothing...
downloaded driver, tried manually installing the .inf by right clicking and install.. still nothing...
I can hook the drive up to the intel sata connection and bios detects.. but wont on the promisetrack.. what the heck gives? thanks for all your help...
