P5WDH SATA-on-the-go???

    In the spec sheet for the P5WDH it says:

    "The external SATA port located at the back I/O provides smart setup and hot-plug functions."

    Anyone know if the sata-on-the-go feature also works on the internal Jmicron connector?

    I want to install a mobile rack in my front 5.25 bay, and be able to swap HDD's without shutdown. Anyone Please?
