PRIME B550M-A/CSM Boots SLOWLY, Shuts Down Unexpectedly

I built my Ryzen PC on the PRIME B550M-A/CSM. It has 2 significant problems:

1. CRITICAL: Shuts Down Unexpectedly; Win10 and now Win11 power options set to NEVER hibernate or sleep or shut down, but every so often it will "shut down," where the power button LED is ON, but otherwise the PC has shut down. It does not seem to wake, so I don't have any recourse but to cut power (from the UPS), then power it back up.
2. ANNOYING: Boots SLOWLY, as it it consistently takes 80-110 seconds from Power UP to the Windows Lock Screen.

Can these issues be fixed? Help!!

Well, thanks to no one for replying.

FWIW, I reinstalled Windows 11 a month ago and it (a) has been booting a bit faster and (b) it no longer shuts down mysteriously.
