I've been trying to have my Presario Model 1200 notebook recognize my QuickRestore CD but I have been unsuccessful. The DVD/CD player no longer works and I have been trying to use an external CD Drive.
I originally had Windows ME, upgraded to XP and all available updates. I would like to restore it back to it original condition, as I would like to us it strickly for the basics. Any suggestions?
