SOYO Motherboard

My computer uses a SOYO motherboard SY-P4VGM v1.0 and slowed down tremendeously. Best Buy checked and found 3 bad capacitors. They won't fix it.
If I can buy the capacitors I can replace them myself. Or can anyone fix this?
