Sunblade 2000 and Netra x1 hardware questions

I have 6 Sun Blade 2000 that came without hard drives, is there a trick to finding out the speed of the CPU? Also, how do I tell the CPU speed on the Netra's (get the heat sink off without breaking it? I put all this in Google and did not find any info...
