Supermicro H12SSL-i

Hello everyone. Plz help me choose server board for new server. I have 6+2Tb SATA HDD + 4x8Tb SATA HDD + 2x1Tb NVME SSD SAMSUNG and i want to force it to work in one Supermicro server. I choised Supermicro H12SSL-i because it have 2 x m.2 integrated slots, but i dont know will nvme work in it? And if i will connect 2 nvme disk to mb, will all the 8 SATA ports also work on it? Or i should buy raid controllers anyway? Plz give me some advise. TY in advance!
