The Z270 flashes a few times and turns off

    A mystery:
    the PSU is ok, even measured voltages
    the CMOS battery replaced
    Windows 10 Home
    All hard drives connected
    The CPU fan runs
    The graphics card fan runs

    When power is switched on, the Z270 flashes its red leds a few times and then switches off. Then it repeats.

    What is going on???
