Good morning. I built this PC in 2018. Originally, I purchased the Ryzen 3, I believe. I then upgraded to the AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core processor. That was around 2022, I think. I'm seriously thinking about upgrading it to the Ryzen 7 (or even 9) if this is possible.
I tried looking for the max allowable size processor that would work in my motherboard (prime x370-pro), but could not find the right information. I also have 32 gb of ram (4 sticks of 8). I don't know if it's possible to put in 128 gb (4 sticks of 32).
At one time I had the info as to what the maximum Ryzen processor that the mobo could handle, but can't seem to locate that information anymore.
I don't know if it is feasible to upgrade these items, or upgrade the mobo to a newer one. I'm pretty sure that there are better systems out there, but I don't want to try to build another one from scratch, seeing that I am 70 years old.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
