I have a friend's vaio he sold me, I got it at a good price but he did not have the original software so he couldn't load the touchpad driver. It has windows xp pro 2002, the model is VGN-A250. I tried downloading the driver from sony esupport but doesn't work. I run the software and installation begins, then there is an error message that says "failure to update driver" Help please!
