Why I cant install Windows Os?

    Please help me. I cant install Windows SP SP3 even any windows. What i am facing is like this. When I try to install XP it showing me that its coping the file but it stuck when i see this message "Windows Is Starting."

    I already Change the Hard Disk. I thought it was hard Disk Problem. But it seems not about Hard Disk. What would be the problem? I have no Idea. By the by My mother Borad Boot nomaly and i can see and access and change my Mother board Bios setting without problem. Even i can see my Hard disk, Cd Rom and Ram. Please help me. My Mother board Model is Asrock G31M-S. Please i am new on this forum. I hope i will get kind help. Take care And god bless All

    On Windows Setup. It Showing this message "Setup is Starting Windows " Please help..... It never going farther....
