Windows 11 upgrade help

Hi!

I'm hoping someone can help me regarding upgrading to Windows 11

I'm currently using :a Z97 Pro Gamer motherboard with an Itel Core i5-4690k CPU

Can someone advise on the replacements for these components in order to meet the Windows 11 requirements but also to ensure I get at least the same level of performance as now?

I'm grateful for any help.

Do you know if the motherboard itself is compatible to run windows? I know there are options to change out the processor, but I have also heard that some motherboard components my not be compatible.
