Z390-A mobo will boot into Win11 but not open up the BIOS

I used unetbootin-windows-702 to create a live USB thumb drive, now alto I can boot up to windows11, I cannot access the ASUS BIOS on my Z390-A MoBo. Neither F2 nor the Delete keys will work. The screen just stays black. The F8 key did not bring up the BIOS consistently so I have used the delete key and then used the F8 to select which way to boot up.

Ideas please.

I fixed it. But how???? I did a shift/restart to back out of Windows11 to the BIOS. Other than I'm ignorant.
