BIOS Password

    After getting my Aspire 5516 laptop back from Acer repair I found they'd placed a password on my BIOS, preventing my entry. They deny this.

    I want to install Windows 7, eliminating everything previously on the HD, but can't access my BIOS to switch to boot from CD. Been unable to flash BIOS, remove internal battery, find jumpers, hack backdoor password, etc. Any suggestions?
